Park Road Concierge is a full-service property management and personal concierge company, founded on the belief that every home deserves a family’s care.
A husband and wife team, we’re a family too—and our story began with family. While working in business environments, we looked for an opportunity suitable to our combined expertise. Rory had two decades of experience in the IT sector, where project management, security, and rapid response problem-solving was critical. Hana, an entrepreneur, helped to establish a growing start-up in the food and beverage industry. Eager to take on a new challenge together, we began managing properties for family members and friends living abroad.
Care of the properties required close attention to detail and constant coordination, but above all, we discovered it required just that—care.
From seasonal landscaping to high-grade marble restoration, no task was too small to escape our notice. We built a trusted network of tradespeople, real estate agents, and experienced professionals to help keep these homes in good order.
At the same time, we were also meeting a growing number of luxury homeowners. Their Toronto properties, often vacant for months at a time, required a level of upkeep that these owners did not have the time to provide. Disappointed by the low-touch involvement of other property management firms, they sought a more personal approach—like the care a family member might provide. From here, Park Road Concierge was born.
Today, we tend to both condos and freehold homes across Toronto’s sprawling neighbourhoods and through all four seasons. We maintain tenanted and tenant-free properties in the GTA for owners and investors around the globe. We also proudly offer a comprehensive suite of lifestyle management services.

Rory’s extensive résumé spans over 20 years in the IT industry, with half a decade of experience in residential property management. He has proudly built a network of highly-skilled tradespeople, each of whom share his commitment to customer service and security.
As a successful business owner, Hana brings considerable sales, customer service, and project management experience to Park Road Concierge. She has over five years of experience in residential property management, and her attention to detail is next to none.
