Property Maintenance & Repair

Set your property up for success with regular upkeep. We’ll establish a calendar of maintenance checks to safeguard every facet of your home—snow removal, roof and gutter inspection and cleaning, HVAC system testing, outdoor amenities setup, plumbing and electrical work, interior cleaning and care, landscaping, and more. Our experience and industry-leading service network will ensure your home is in great shape, with costs managed at every turn. Our Secure Property Portal provides notification for required maintenance and tracks emergency items, so nothing is missed. 

Tenant Management

We keep the profitability and security of your home top-of-mind as we manage the relationship with your long- or short-term tenant. Our team will act as the primary contact for your home’s occupant—facilitating payment, maintaining regular connection, and responding to emergencies as they arise. We’ll be on-site for key exchange, service calls, and urgent requests. Maintaining an open line of communication with your tenant will help to ensure your home is properly attended to for the duration of the occupancy. You’ll receive detailed updates at whatever frequency is best for you.    

Home Visits & Emergencies

We can schedule frequent and thorough visits to your property—and we attend to the details unique to your home. Especially concerned about an aging tree on your property? We’ll monitor and bring in an arborist if necessary. Your personal Concierge is on-site for every maintenance and vendor call to ensure repairs are handled to our exacting standards. Our proactive approach prevents small issues from having large impact on your home. For last-minute requests and unexpected emergencies, we’re accessible 24/7 and available as first contact for alarm systems.

Reporting & Notifications

We operate with complete visibility. Log into our easy-to-use Secure Property Portal at any time, and you will receive real-time updates, monitor maintenance schedules, review billing and tenant details, and much more—no matter where you are in the world. You can track the upkeep of every appliance and fixture, change billing and authorization details, and store warranties and service records. Sign up for additional weekly or monthly email notifications, and we’ll tailor the communication to the topic and cadence best suited to you. 

Improvement Projects

We’ll act in your stead at every stage of home improvement projects, prioritizing timeline adherence and high-quality work. We’ll handle small-scale updates like A/V installation, art and fixture hanging, and special projects like marble restoration or window cleaning. We are well experienced with impactful change projects too—and ready to manage renovations or major décor updates from start to finish. As our client, you’ll enjoy access to our preferred network of premium tradespeople and designers, contacts whose work we trust. Or, allow us to act on your behalf with any vendor of your choice. 

Full-Service Moves

Relocation involves many moving parts. We’ll develop a thorough move plan and execute on your timeline. We handle every step of the moving process, ensuring a seamless departure from your previous residence and a stress-free resettlement. We’re in close contact with professional movers with special experience transporting high-quality furniture, antiques, and artwork. Among other things, our team of deft coordinators also handles: home inspections, cleaning, painting, packing, furniture building, security and Smart Home installation, and closet and pantry organization.
