PRC: Tell us about yourself and what you do.

DM: I am a sales professional for AGM Renovations. As the first company in Toronto to specialize exclusively in basement renovations, AGM has listened to clients for over 20 years. PRC: What is the most common challenge encountered with a basement renovation project?

DM: Historically within the industry, one of the biggest challenges has been material sourcing, lead time and availability. These can cause significant project delays. At AGM, we've overcome this by building a strong and reliable supply chain network that allows us to complete projects on time and on budget.

PRC: What are your favourite basement features?

DM: No question, it is our AGM Feature wall that can be accented by a fireplace and my personal preferred touch, barnwood. (See below)

PRC: What is your favourite neighbourhood in Toronto and why?

DM: Cabbagetown - I specifically love the rowhouses on Wellesley just east of Parliament St. Sure, they might be considered “small” but, they have a character to them which is second to none.
